A little about josh

Hi, my name is Josh Bennett. I am a self-taught outdoor lifestyle and landscape photographer. While currently residing in Boulder Colorado, I spend much of my time in great open spaces, capturing my life in creative and visual ways. Some things to know about me, I love music, films and skiing but I would say my main passion is photography and the pursuit to tell a good story. I always find myself with a camera by my side wherever I go. I love meeting people and bringing them to beautiful locations in the mountains. I try to make photoshoots feel natural. During a shoot, I like to talk to my subject and get to know them as a person, what their interests and passions are, and what they are looking for in their photos. This makes everything easy and free flowing.  I use photography as a medium to create something tangible, to make a connection between myself and the experiences and people around me.
